Jae-Mun witnesses his friend being stabbed to death by rival gang members and his only reaction was to flee the scene. A few years later, he now has the opportunity to seek the revenge for the death of his friend, as well as make personal amends for fleeing the murder scene of his close friend. Jae-Mun travels to Bol-Gyo, a remote seaside town, with his gang's newest recruit Chi-guk. Chi-guk is a sharp, young man, formerly an accomplished Taekwondo athlete, that has strong perosnal ties to the town of Bol-Gyo.
