Summary of A Business Proposal (2022)

Shin Ha Ri, a dedicated employee with a secret crush on her male friend, is heartbroken to discover he’s already taken. Seeking solace, she turns to her wealthy friend, Jin Young Seo, who suggests a daring plan: Shin Ha Ri should go on a blind date in Jin Young Seo’s place, offering a cash incentive for her trouble. Desperate and intrigued, Shin Ha Ri agrees, planning to use the date as a means to get rejected and move on.

However, her plans are turned upside down when she discovers her blind date is none other than Kang Tae Moo, the enigmatic CEO of her company. Known for his single-minded devotion to work, Kang Tae Moo is reluctant to go on blind dates arranged by his grandfather. He decides that he’ll marry the next woman he meets just to put an end to his grandfather's matchmaking.

What begins as a simple disguise quickly escalates into a whirlwind of unexpected romance. As Shin Ha Ri finds herself caught in a web of deception, Kang Tae Moo, unaware of her true identity, proposes marriage the very next day. Caught between her own secrets and his overwhelming proposal, Shin Ha Ri must navigate the complexities of a relationship built on lies and find out if love can truly conquer all.
