Young Hwan is a poet. He stays at a hotel by the river for free. Without any specific reason, Young Hwan feels that he will die soon. Young Hwan decides to call his two sons whom he has not seen for a long time. Ah Reum was betrayed by a man she lived with. She begins to stay at the hotel by the river. In order to receive comfort, she calls her friend Yeon Joo. Yeon Joo comes to the hotel and stays with her. Young Hwan sees Ah Reum and Yeon Joo at the hotel by the river.
