Henry and Hwasa have teamed up for a stunning pictorial and heartfelt interview with ELLE Korea, giving fans a glimpse into their artistic journeys and friendship.

Fresh off their appearance on the music travel variety show Moving Voices, the pair showcased their easy chemistry throughout the shoot, leaving fans curious about their dynamic both on and off the stage.

A Friendship Rooted in Music

Reflecting on their connection, Hwasa shared, “Our first meeting was on Home Alone (I Live Alone) a few years ago. Meeting again reminded me of the value of human connections. I’ve grown to truly respect Henry’s passion for music.”

Henry echoed her sentiments, admitting, “I was initially worried that talking seriously about music with Hwasa might feel awkward. But it turned out to be the opposite—we had open, comfortable discussions, which was refreshing.”

Rediscovering the Joy of Busking

The duo also shared their experiences with busking during the variety show. For Henry, it was a chance to embrace spontaneity:

“I’ve always loved performing and meeting people, so busking was something I naturally enjoyed. It’s about connecting with the audience in the moment.”

For Hwasa, the experience was transformative. She revealed, “Somewhere along the way, I started focusing more on performance than singing as a singer. Busking helped me rediscover my love for singing and reignited a passion I had forgotten.”

Future Musical Plans

Both stars opened up about their ambitions moving forward. Henry expressed a desire to explore his creative potential:

“Until now, I’ve focused on short-term goals like performances and TV content, but I want to dive into album production. I’m curious to see what I can create when I fully immerse myself in my own music.”

Hwasa, who has been actively promoting her second mini-album this year, also has big plans:

“Next year, I want to meet more fans as a solo artist, including through overseas performances. I’d love to release singles that reflect my feelings and situations at the time, like writing in a diary.”
