If more than 50% vote in favor, the criminal is executed by the enigmatic figure known only as "Dog Mask," a shadowy avenger operating from the virtual realm.

As the police scramble to catch this elusive vigilante, three individuals find their lives entangled in the case:

Kim Moo Chan, the determined leader of the First Investigation Team at the Southern Police Agency, is on a relentless quest to unmask Dog Mask.
Kwon Seok Joo, a once-renowned legal scholar who turned himself in after killing the rapist who attacked his daughter, now grapples with his own morality and the media frenzy surrounding his actions.
Joo Hyun, a seasoned officer from the Cyber Safety Bureau at the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, brings her expertise in digital forensics to the high-stakes chase.

As they navigate the murky waters of justice, revenge, and morality, their paths converge in a dramatic battle to confront the vigilante’s dangerous quest for retribution.
