U Sung is an ordinary office worker in his 30's. He has succeeded in buying his own apartment, which was his lifelong dream. To buy the apartment, he used all of his savings, took out loans, and even used his mom's garlic field. He is now struggling to pay off the high-interest loans. Making things worse, he suffers from persistent noises from neighboring floors. Due to the noise, he has sharp confrontations with his neighbors. U Sung then teams up with his upstair neighbor Jin Ho to find the source of the sounds. Meanwhile Eun Hwa is a resident representative of the apartment complex and she tries to maintain peace in the building.
