Filing for Love- Episodes 3-4
Rumors, Revelations, and a Truth That Changes Everything
Episode 3 of Filing For Love dives straight into the fallout from that shocking anonymous tip, with Ki-jun completely thrown off after learning about the alleged affair involving In-a. What starts as suspicion quickly turns into a full-blown personal mission, as Ki-jun decides to delay his resignation just to dig into the truth.

Back at the office, tensions are already high. One employee’s desperate pleas to avoid punishment spiral into threats, giving everyone a front-row seat to just how intense things can get under In-a’s leadership. She remains cool and unshaken, reinforcing her reputation as someone who simply doesn’t bend under pressure.
Ki-jun, however, is determined to crack her. Between being assigned painfully mundane tasks like shredding documents and constantly being reminded that he’s on her bad side, his frustration only grows. Still, instead of backing down, he doubles down on trying to expose her, convinced there’s more beneath her polished exterior.
His investigation takes a slightly comical turn when he starts tailing In-a outside of work. From digging through convenience store receipts to awkwardly questioning staff, Ki-jun uncovers… absolutely nothing suspicious. If anything, he just learns that In-a has simple habits and keeps to herself, leaving him more confused than ever.

Meanwhile, the office is buzzing with bigger issues. The return of Sung-yeol sparks a wave of gossip and power plays, with employees trying to figure out where their loyalties should lie. The workplace starts to feel less like an office and more like a battlefield of alliances and strategy.
Then comes the real emotional core of the episode, Gwang-il’s situation. A simple act of kindness toward the cafeteria lady gets twisted into a scandal, thanks to a misleading photo and a rumor-hungry environment. Before anyone can blink, he’s painted as the villain in a story that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Watching Gwang-il struggle through the investigation is genuinely heartbreaking. Even after being cleared of any affair, he’s still punished for circumstances that spiraled out of control. His home life takes a hit too, making it painfully clear how damaging workplace rumors can be.
Team Three, usually brushed off as insignificant, finally takes a stand. In a bold move, they confront In-a, demanding fairness for their leader. But true to form, In-a doesn’t give in easily. She lays out her reasoning calmly, reminding them that leadership often means making decisions that won’t please everyone.
What makes this episode shine is the shift in perspective. As Ki-jun overhears In-a defending Gwang-il behind the scenes, everything starts to click. She’s not heartless, she’s strategic. She’s been navigating a much bigger game, even fighting back against HR’s attempt to use Gwang-il as a scapegoat.

And that rooftop-to-parking-lot stretch? So good. From In-a literally throwing hands to protect the truth, to Ki-jun stepping in to help her during a dangerous confrontation, their dynamic begins to soften in the most unexpected way. There’s understanding, a little vulnerability, and just the faintest hint of trust forming between them.
By the end, Team Three starts to see In-a in a new light, and even Ki-jun can’t deny that he misjudged her. But just when things seem to be settling… the drama drops one last twist.
Ki-jun follows In-a to an art studio, only to discover something completely unexpected, she’s working as a nude model.
Secrets Uncovered, Sparks Ignited, and a Kiss That Changes Everything
Episode 4 of Filing For Love wastes no time picking up the shock factor, with Ki-jun still reeling after discovering that In-a secretly works as a nude model. Completely flustered, he makes a quick escape, but of course, pretending it never happened proves much harder than expected.
Back at the office, things are just as chaotic. A new player, James, is introduced as an AI expert meant to elevate the company, while the ongoing power struggle between Jae-yeol and Sung-yeol continues to stir tension. The workplace is starting to feel like a full-on competition, with everyone watching closely to see who will come out on top.

Ki-jun tries his best to avoid In-a after their awkward encounter, but fate clearly has other plans. From elevator run-ins to being unexpectedly assigned to travel with her to Jeju, the two just can’t seem to escape each other. And honestly, the tension between them? It’s getting harder to ignore.
Their Jeju trip quickly turns into something much bigger than a routine investigation. What initially looks like a standard audit case begins to unravel into a disturbing situation involving James and a vulnerable employee, Ha-kyong. As suspicions grow, In-a and Ki-jun decide to take matters into their own hands and that’s when things really get intense.
The hotel stakeout is easily one of the most memorable parts of the episode. Between pretending to be a couple, awkwardly sharing a room, and trying to stay focused, the atmosphere is equal parts suspenseful and charged. In-a even opens up about why she models, revealing a softer, more human side of herself. And Ki-jun, in his own clumsy way, tries to make her feel comfortable, which just adds to their growing connection.

But the real turning point comes when they catch James in the act. Without hesitation, In-a steps in and physically confronts him, saving Ha-kyong and finally exposing the truth. It’s a powerful moment that reinforces exactly who In-a is, someone who will act when it truly matters.
Of course, nothing comes without consequences. When the case is reported, Jae-yeol’s reaction hints at deeper complications within the company, reminding us that even doing the right thing can come at a cost in this world.
Amid all the chaos, the emotional tension between Ki-jun and In-a continues to build. Small moments, like him quietly taking care of her after a confrontation or holding onto a simple paperclip she returns, start to feel surprisingly meaningful. It’s subtle, but you can tell something is shifting between them.

Just when Ki-jun seems to be getting closer to understanding her, another anonymous email shakes him again, pulling him back into doubt and frustration. But emotions have a way of catching up, no matter how much he tries to fight them.
And then comes that final scene.
At the art studio, with everything laid bare, literally and emotionally, Ki-jun finally stops holding back. He admits what he’s been feeling, and in a moment that’s been building all episode long, the two share a passionate kiss.
It’s bold, unexpected, and completely changes the dynamic between them.
If the first few episodes were about tension and misunderstandings, Episode 4 makes one thing very clear, this story is about to get a whole lot more complicated.
DramaZen's Opinion

I don’t even know where to start because these two episodes completely shifted how I feel about this drama...in the best way possible.
Episode 3 really dug into the emotional side of things, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting to feel that much for Team Three. Gwang-il’s storyline hit hard. Watching a simple act of kindness spiral into a full-blown scandal was frustrating in that “this is way too real” kind of way. The way rumors spread and completely destroy someone’s reputation? It felt painfully believable. And the fact that even after being proven innocent, he still faced consequences just shows how ruthless this workplace is.
But the real standout for me was In-a. Up until now, she’s felt cold and almost untouchable, but this episode flipped that perception. Seeing her quietly working behind the scenes to protect Gwang-il, even while letting everyone misunderstand her, added so much depth to her character. She’s not heartless, she’s just playing a much bigger game than anyone else realizes. That moment when Ki-jun finally starts to see her differently? So satisfying.
And then Episode 4 comes in and just… explodes.
The tension between Ki-jun and In-a is on another level now. From the awkward aftermath of the art studio reveal to that Jeju trip, you can feel how much their dynamic has shifted. There’s still tension, but it’s softer, more layered, and honestly kind of electric. The hotel stakeout alone was a rollercoaster, funny, tense, and full of those “wait… are they about to...” moments.
But what really stood out was how they worked together. When things got serious with the James situation, there was no hesitation. In-a stepping in to protect Ha-kyong and Ki-jun backing her up showed how well they already function as a team, even if they don’t fully realize it yet.
And then that ending.
That kiss did not feel random at all, it felt earned. After everything they’ve been through in just a few episodes, it made sense that all that tension would finally boil over. It wasn’t just romantic; it felt like a release of everything they’ve been holding back.
Also… can we talk about how Ki-jun is clearly catching feelings but doesn’t even understand why he’s acting the way he is? It’s kind of adorable watching him spiral a little.
Overall, Episodes 3 and 4 took this drama from “interesting office story” to “I am fully invested and need more immediately.” The characters feel deeper, the stakes feel higher, and the romance is finally starting to bloom in a way that feels natural and exciting.
I’m officially hooked.
