Yoshioka Futaba's once-sweet middle school romance with the warm-hearted Tanaka Kou was abruptly shattered when Kou moved to Nagasaki, tearing them apart. But just as high school draws to a close, fate throws them back together—Kou has transferred to Futaba’s class. Yet, the reunion isn’t as heartwarming as she hoped. Kou now sports a new surname and a frosty demeanor that feels miles apart from the boy she once knew.

As the end of their school year approaches, Futaba and Kou tentatively rekindle their connection. However, their budding relationship is thrown into turmoil when Futaba discovers that another classmate, also from Nagasaki, harbors lingering wounds from Kou’s past affections.

With the possibility of a love triangle and the potential for further complications from their classmates, Futaba must navigate a whirlwind of emotions. Will their second chance at love overcome the barriers of the past, or will it spiral into new heartbreak and confusion?
