Chiyomi and Minami Hiroyuki, affectionately known as Minami-kun, have been inseparable since childhood, sharing a bond that has blossomed into a happy relationship. Minami-kun, a local basketball star, seems to have it all—until one day, everything changes. He mysteriously shrinks down to just 15 cm, small enough to fit in the palm of her hand. Now, Chiyomi finds herself caring for Minami-kun in his tiny form, leading to an unexpected and heartwarming new chapter in their relationship.
