Kwang Sook’s Grief and a Mother’s Cold Decision 😢💔

Just ten days after her wedding, Kwang Sook finds herself widowed and completely shattered. She clings to the last memories of Jang Soo, refusing to accept reality. But as if her heartbreak wasn’t enough, her own mother, Ju Sil, stuns everyone with an outrageous request—asking Jang Soo’s brothers to excuse Kwang Sook from attending the funeral because she was “only part of the family for a short time.” (Excuse me, what?!? 😡)

Kwang Sook, fiercely devoted to her late husband, refuses to abandon him and insists on staying by his side until the very end. Meanwhile, at a cemetery, widower Han Dong Seok visits his late wife’s grave and unexpectedly crosses paths with Kwang Sook, witnessing her gut-wrenching sorrow.

A Blast from the Past—Heung Soo’s Old Fan Returns! 

In a surprising twist, Ok Boon—once the leader of Heung Soo’s K-pop fan club—stumbles upon her former idol-turned-community-dance-instructor on the street. Without hesitation, she signs up for his dance class (girl, we see you! 😉). But when Heung Soo is overwhelmed by grief over Jang Soo’s death, Ok Boon steps in and takes charge of the funeral arrangements. Heung Soo, baffled by her kindness, starts wondering why she’s so eager to help. (Could there be a second-chance romance brewing?)

Schemes, Secrets, and a Brewing Takeover 

Meanwhile, corporate snake 🐍 Go Tak catches wind of Jang Soo’s death and sees an opportunity to seize Eagle Brewery for his own shady ambitions. His wife, Mi Ae, is left reeling when she hears of his plan—because, oh, the drama—Mi Ae and Go Tak have a dark past with the brewery! 😱

Pulling out an old photo, Mi Ae breaks down in tears. In the picture? Herself, Go Tak, and the Eagle Brothers standing in front of the brewery—with a baby. (Who is this child? What are they hiding?!) Overcome with guilt, Mi Ae begs Go Tak to leave the brewery alone. (Something tells us he won’t listen…)

Kwang Sook’s Breaking Point—And Her Big Decision! 

Kwang Sook isn’t just grieving—she’s fighting. She refuses to leave her newlywed home, even as her mother and Jang Soo’s brothers plead with her to move on. But heartbreak proves too much to bear. On her final night in the house, she drinks the liquor she and Jang Soo once brewed together, and by morning, she’s found unconscious. This serves as her breaking point—she leaves, carrying doubt and sorrow with her.

Just as she’s trying to pick up the pieces, Kwang Sook comes face to face with Dong Seok at LX Hotel—ready to demand compensation for her ruined wedding dress! (Because let’s be honest, she has had it with people walking all over her. 👏) But instead of apologizing, Dong Seok snaps, cruelly saying that Jang Soo was unlucky to be married to someone like her. (Rude! Unforgivable! Someone get this man a lesson in basic decency! 😤)

Despite all this, Kwang Sook isn’t done fighting. Eagle Brewery has been a family legacy for generations, and she refuses to let it fall into the wrong hands. She digs deep into the company’s archives, reading through the wisdom and brewing secrets left behind. Inspired by Jang Soo’s notes, she makes the boldest decision yet—she quits her job at the post office and claims her rightful place as the new brewery owner! 🍶👑

Determined, she works tirelessly, pouring herself into perfecting the alcohol her late husband loved so dearly. Sleepless nights. Endless effort. A dream worth fighting for. And after countless trials, she finally crafts a drink she believes in. Now, all she needs is for her business to succeed.

First, we’re sobbing over Kwang Sook’s loss, then we’re screaming at her mother’s cold-heartedness, and now we’re cheering her on as she takes over the brewery like a boss?! 😭💖

Every second of these episodes was cinematic gold—and don’t even get me started on the juicy secrets with Mi Ae and Go Tak! Also… Ok Boon and Heung Soo? I see the potential! 👀"
