In the late 1960s and early 1970s, 12 to 16-year-old girls started working at the Pyeonghwa Market. When their peers went to school, the girls were running a sewing machine. They had labor classes. I heard the name of Jeon Tae Il, and I also learned that there is such a thing as the Labor Standards Act.
