Kawauchi Miyabi, once a rising star in neurosurgery, is now trapped in a nightmarish cycle of memory loss. Following a devastating accident that erased the past two years of her life, Miyabi is forced to abandon her dreams of being a doctor and instead takes a job as an assistant nurse. Each day, she wakes with a blank slate, forgetting everything from the previous day.

Then, a peculiar figure enters her life—Sanpei Tomoharu, a brilliant but notoriously eccentric neurosurgeon. Unconventional and relentless, Tomoharu takes it upon himself to guide Miyabi back to her former self, pushing her boundaries and challenging her at every turn. His methods are as unpredictable as he is, but they begin to spark a transformation in Miyabi, both as a medical professional and as a person.

As Tomoharu’s mentorship unfolds, Miyabi's fragmented memories start to piece together, revealing a hidden secret that could change everything she thought she knew about her past. Will the clues within her forgotten years lead her to reclaim her life and career, or will they unearth a truth too shocking to bear?
