Episode 4 of What Comes After Love left me completely emotional and absolutely hooked! The tension between Hong and Jungo is so intense, I could feel it through the screen. When Jungo looked up Budang Lake and finally saw her running, my heart skipped a beat. And the way she just ran past him like it didn’t matter—only to trip later because she was so clearly shaken—UGH, the drama was perfection!
The flashbacks in this episode were so bittersweet. Seeing Hong perform at the wedding and Jungo missing it for work really hit hard, especially when it led to their argument about love and priorities. It’s such a relatable struggle, and it makes their relationship feel so raw and real. Also, the moment with the Mont Blanc cake? SO sweet and heartbreaking at the same time. That promise she made to buy him one the next year—I can’t stop thinking about it.
Then there’s Min-jun stepping into the picture at the book signing. When he asked Jungo if he knew Choi Hong, I was literally yelling at the screen. The tension in that scene was off the charts, especially after Jungo’s emotional answer about writing the book for someone he regrets losing. And the green envelope—what’s in it?! I need to know!
