Love Andante- Episode 3

Episode 3 kicks off with a bang—literally, as Gyeong-ho pounds on Na-gyeong’s door, startling Ju-hyeong into sneaking out. But just as he's making his escape, Gyeong-ho catches sight of him through the window, already suspicious. Na-gyeong wakes up in time to diffuse the situation, but Gyeong-ho's warning glare toward Ju-hyeong says it all—he's onto them.

During their morning run, Na-gyeong casually mentions the previous night's drinking, prompting a scolding from Gyeong-ho, who reminds her she never remembers anything when she's drunk. Meanwhile, village life seems peaceful. The officials hold a meeting to plan the upcoming season's crops, and the residents—including Ju-hui, who can’t resist flirting with Gyeong-ho—seem to be getting along just fine. But back at the house, Ju-hyeong is struggling to piece together the events of the previous night.

As his memory clears, Ju-hyeong recalls that after some drinks and piano playing, he and Na-gyeong shared a kiss—though they didn’t go further, they still slept in the same room. What’s worse? Na-gyeong doesn’t remember the kiss at all, and Ju-hyeong’s worry shifts from guilt to frustration over being forgotten.

Days pass, and while Gyeong-ho notices Na-gyeong’s distracted mood, Ju-hyeong obsesses over whether his kiss was that forgettable. Na-gyeong, however, is preoccupied with her father’s troubles and finally sends him a comforting text. But Ju-hyeong can’t let it go and, after losing enough sleep over it, decides to confront Na-gyeong.

Na-gyeong is stunned when Ju-hyeong brings up the kiss, demanding clarity. In a bold move, Ju-hyeong kisses her again—only for Na-gyeong to slap and kick him in shock. She insists she doesn’t remember and angrily asks him to explain himself. Just as they’re about to talk it out, Gyeong-ho witnesses the scene, while Ju-hui secretly records everything.

Inside the house, Na-gyeong brushes off the kiss as a mistake, telling Ju-hyeong not to take it seriously. But later, in private, she scolds herself for messing things up. From then on, things get awkward, and Na-gyeong does everything she can to avoid Ju-hyeong.

Meanwhile, Gyeong-ho confronts Ju-hui, trying to get her phone to delete the video, but she refuses. In a scramble to grab the phone, Ju-hui trips, and Gyeong-ho catches her just in time—right as Na-gyeong walks in, misunderstanding the scene. Ju-hui takes advantage of the distraction and escapes with the footage. Gyeong-ho warns Na-gyeong that if the video of her hitting Ju-hyeong goes public, it could jeopardize the entire project. Reluctantly, she agrees to keep her temper in check.

As for Ju-hyeong, his attempt to avoid hard labor backfires when Jun-mo assigns him to the greenhouse. Exhausted and defeated, Ju-hyeong can barely keep up, prompting Gyeong-ho to joke that he won’t survive another day of this. Na-gyeong ends up driving a drowsy Ju-hyeong home.

In a surprising twist, the epilogue reveals that both Na-gyeong and Ju-hyeong woke up in the middle of that fateful night, each making the decision to stay beside the other—leaving more unanswered questions about their true feelings.

DramaZen's Opinion

These two are both hilarious and maddening! It’s obvious they like each other, but they’re too stubborn to admit it or take that next step. If only they’d stop dancing around their feelings and actually talk about what’s really going on. Ju-hyeong especially needs to step up—his avoidance of responsibility at the greenhouse is starting to wear thin. It’s not fair that everyone else is pulling their weight while he coasts by. A little less self-centeredness would go a long way.

On the romance front, it seems like we’re heading toward three couples by the end of the show. The doctors are absolutely adorable, and hopefully, we’ll get to see more of their sweet moments in the next episodes. There’s also undeniable chemistry brewing between Ju-hui and Gyeong-ho, but fingers crossed the whole recording debacle doesn’t mess things up between them. There’s plenty of drama in the air, but here’s hoping for some love along the way!
