This week’s episode of Sorry Not Sorry brought the emotional drama to the forefront as Hana faced a life-altering decision, forcing Song-yi to take a hard look at her own loneliness. With friendships deepening and romance on the horizon (finally!), let’s dive into the latest happenings in our heroine’s world.

Poor Hana had it rough this week. We learned that her husband borrowed against their mortgage and invested everything in cryptocurrency — only to lose it all when the company was unlisted. Ouch. And to make things worse? He didn’t even have the guts to tell her.

Thankfully, Song-yi wasn’t about to let him off the hook. She offered him her share of last week's reward money (seriously, what a friend!), but made it clear he had to tell Hana the truth. Unfortunately, Hana found out on her own, and let’s just say it didn’t go well. Betrayed and feeling like she’s always the “bad guy” in the family, Hana packed her bags and decided she wanted a divorce.

But Song-yi wasn’t having it. In a hilarious and oddly touching attempt to reconnect Hana with her family, Song-yi and Chan-yang spied on them through the family’s smart vacuum camera. At first, it backfired (because, of course, the kids were just happy to eat junk food and skip homework), but it eventually hit Hana in the feels when her husband poured his heart out, begging her to come home. In the end, love won, and Hana returned home to work things out with her husband. Communication for the win! Happy dance!

Meanwhile, Song-yi’s love life is still as complicated as ever. The universe was once again working in her favor when she ran into Hyun-woo at a street food stand while fetching snacks for Hana. Their playful banter, with him teasing her by keeping the food just out of reach, was adorable. But, of course, Yi-ahn showed up at the worst possible moment, swooping in with more ingredients and killing the vibe. (Seriously, Yi-ahn, your timing is impeccable… but not in a good way.)

Despite the distractions, Hyun-woo and Song-yi continue their slow-burn dynamic, with Song-yi starting to realize that he understands her struggles in a way others don't. When Hana dragged Song-yi to Hyun-woo for divorce advice, his honesty about how hard it is to rebuild trust after a breakup hit close to home. Song-yi's flashback to how harshly she treated him during her own divorce consultation was a nice touch, and their evolving connection is getting deeper by the minute.

But just when we thought things were heading in the right direction… Yi-ahn, drunk and emotional, called Song-yi to take care of him. And just like that—bam—he kissed her. Not once, but twice! (I literally screamed at my screen.) The first kiss was surprising, but the second? WHAT. JUST. HAPPENED?

With two suitors now very much in the picture, Song-yi has some serious soul-searching to do.

Opinion of Sorry Not Sorry

OMG, this episode had everything! I was not ready for Yi-ahn to pull that move—two kisses?! My jaw is still on the floor. But honestly, I’m all about Song-yi and Hyun-woo's slow-burn romance. Their little moments are so sweet, and you can tell they’re meant to be.

Hana’s storyline really hit me hard this week. She’s always painted as the “strict mom,” but seeing her feel so lonely and betrayed made me tear up. I’m so glad she and her husband are working things out because they’re just too cute together.

This show keeps surprising me with its mix of comedy and heartfelt moments. Bring on the next episode—I need to see how Song-yi handles this love triangle! đź’•đź‘Ź
