Chapter 6 - At King Corp

Jessica excitedly walks into the King Corporation for her first day at work. She's proud of herself for securing a job at such a prestigious company. As she steps out of the elevator, there's a commotion at the entrance. People are whispering and gathering around, eyes wide with excitement.

“The CEO is coming!” one of the staff members announces with awe in their voice.

Jessica, dressed impeccably, smiles to herself. She had always heard about Andrew King—rich, powerful, and undeniably attractive. As he enters the building, all eyes are on him. His confident stride, the way he doesn’t glance at anyone, sends a wave of admiration through the crowd. Jessica’s heart races as she watches him pass.

“He is so hot and rich,” Jessica mutters to herself, a wicked smirk curling on her lips. "I should seduce him," she thinks, a plan already forming in her mind.

Andrew, however, doesn’t even glance her way. He’s cold, distant, and focused as he walks straight to his office. Jessica isn’t discouraged, though. She’s determined to get his attention.

Later, Jessica heads to the CEO’s office, greeted by the receptionist.

“Mam, go to the CEO’s room,” the receptionist says, directing Jessica to Andrew’s private office.

Jessica walks in confidently, but when she enters the cabin, she realizes she isn’t alone. A few other models are there, women who exude beauty and charm. Jessica introduces herself with a polite smile. “Hello, I’m Jessica... Nice meeting everyone,” she says, trying to appear friendly, but deep down she feels the competition building.

Days later...

Jessica starts getting closer to Andrew, her intentions clear. She wants him—his power, his money, and everything that comes with being attached to someone of his stature. Andrew, however, remains cold towards her, keeping their interactions strictly professional.

One day, Jessica walks into Andrew’s office, knocking softly.

“Come in,” Andrew’s voice is sharp and cold, as always.

Jessica steps in, her most charming smile on her face. “Andrew,” she begins, “I need to take leave next month.”

Andrew raises an eyebrow. “Why?”

“My parents fixed my marriage,” Jessica says, her tone carrying fake innocence.

Andrew’s eyes narrow. “Marriage? You’re mine, Jess,” he says, his possessiveness coming through.

Jessica smirks, sitting on his lap, confident she has him where she wants him. Andrew pulls her closer, his hand moving to her waist. “How’s your work going?” he asks, rubbing her lips with his thumb.

Jessica plays along, whispering, “Good, Andrew.” But deep down, her plan is to use him. She knows he’s falling for her, but she doesn’t care about love. For her, it’s all about the power and money.

Andrew, despite his cold exterior, finds himself drawn to Jessica’s manipulative charm. But even as they get closer, a part of him hesitates. “I want to ravish you, Jess, but I have a meeting to attend,” he says, breaking the kiss and pulling away.

Jessica smirks, knowing she’s already won this round.
